RETURNS

HOME BY HA is a collection of handmade and vintage goods .

All orders are shipped within three business days from the time your order confirmation is received, except when otherwise is learned. Due to the nature of the products please, bare in mind imperfections occur due to tear and wear and or being a handmade item. Read the description of your item carefully before your purchase.

If a purchased item do not fulfil your expectation, you can return under following conditions;

Please send an email to helene@hainteriordesign.com within 3 days after you received the goods. Please ship your return within 14 days and note that all expenses will be refunded with the EXCEPTION of the shipping and return cost.

Items must be in the same condition as it was upon receiving.

If goods arrives damaged, please send an email with a picture of the damaged goods and your contact details within 24 hours of receiving to;

helene@hainteriordesign.com.

SHIPPING. Items are dispatched within 3 working days by post. For other delivery options please send an email to; helene@hainteriordesign.com. Flat shipping fee of GBP 5 is related to cushions and small pieces, UK mainland only. For rugs, chairs and similar, or for dispatch outside the UK, contact me for shipping cost.
